Gratitude is Everything

Man I don't know about you guys, but I'm tired of just being angry or barely getting by sometimes. The more I study this subject and practice it the more I start to realize, we really are creators. This isn't no bullshit secret. It's simply just a way of life and we really do control things by our feelings and thoughts. People may argue because at the end of the day it all comes down to God being the creator right? So nobody wants to think outside the box due to being brainwashed at an early age. And I'm not writing this to start a religious war or debate. I'm writing this to advise you that if you think negative...feel negatively, speak negatively, then your bound to have more lemons throughout your life.
I think DJ Khaled and them have it right. He speaks life into everything he does. Into his son. Into his music. His career, I mean people got to watch those who are doing it and living it and if they are making things happen and being positive, happy, thankful and full of gratitude, then what does it really hurt? Why not follow the lead of those who are successful? I mean think about it. DJ Khaled has over six million followers due to him speaking positive, giving life advice and about avoiding negativity. Look at how he's living! Who wouldn't want that? The most simple key to all of that is expressing your gratitude. It's a life changer. Just be thankful for every thing you have. Affirmations, all that stuff it really does work. It takes 66-90 days to reprogram your mind and subconscious mind from it's previous beliefs. So it's nothing that's going to come overnight. You just got to keep at it and choose to be happy over the days that aren't going right. When things are all wrong and out of the blue stuff happens. And I'm not saying you don't have to work at your goal too because you do. You have to practice your craft and work at your goal, let's not get it twisted. But be thankful. Appreciate. Even when things go left. Your response and how you handle everything is pretty much EVERYTHING. Who you surround yourself with is pretty much everything too. You have to learn when to let negative people go. People who don't birth positive fruits. People who are always about drama and mess, you got to let them go. Like Khaled says "Reject the naysayers." You can't let the death they speak over you bare fruit in your mind. Can't let that seed get planted and sink in. Like he says and I quote "The person who wants to distract you from your studies or your career with their drama? That’s a ‘they’. That’s a big ‘they’.” And for more proof that's needed, look at Lil Wayne.
I remember getting so mad at him when I seen him sitting on 106 and Park's couch with AJ and Free and when they asked him who the best rapper alive was, he said him. At the time he wasn't that big to me. He was decent. I became a fan of his when the Carter II came out. I love that album til this very day from beginning to the end and I always recall the time when he said he was the best rapper alive and look at him.
He really is one of the best alive now. You have to speak things to existence. And I know it goes far more than just speaking but man. If you want to change your life and get out of that negative bubble. Or even see a change in your current living situation.....practice gratitude. Practice affirmations. Do it to the point to where it becomes your natural lifestyle. Be careful of the words you speak over people. Be weary of gossip. Don't wish bad on anybody because that bad in itself will and can come back on you. It took me a while to get to the point to where I'm seriously taking this serious. I want to pass this knowledge down to my very own kids. At the end of the day I want their lives to be prosperous too and full of joy. And no this isn't away to prevent tragic things from happening to you, but I believe it can limit it as suppose to attracting all the negativity being brought your way because you're speaking that nonsense over you or your believing the things people say about you and letting that take root inside of you.
Anyway. I want to recommend the Magic to you. I want to also challenge you to participate in the 28 days of Magic. There is nothing wrong with it. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. I honestly believe that and you will too if you just try.

Just Poop it Out Already

I’ve been wanting to get back into the gym but I haven’t had any energy to do that. That’s far from me because I’ve always been a gym goer. Always like to lift and do cardio. I guess you can say in-between me having my son and my youngest daughter I kind of strayed and boy does it show. And not only does it show but I can feel it too. So one day one of my real good friends, Ashley Gray, was telling me about this stuff she used called The Cleaner. She was on the 14 day one and was talking about how she lost weight and inches while she was on it. And since she’s been off, she hasn’t had the desires that she use to have anymore. Like wanting to drink Dr. Pepper and just eat random things. So I decided to order it. Not only did I get it but I brought the 7 day one to see if I would like it. Which when you read the directions it tells you that you have to only take the pills for 7 days at a time even if you are on the 14 day one. So either way it goes I’m good. Then I read the reviews. Have You Followed Your Dreams Lately?

I think my family has been through some crazy times here lately. Or the craziness is really just a thing of the past. Sometimes you have those who like to leave their hand on the stove until it's too hot for them to keep it there any longer. Sometimes that final intensity of the heat makes you think, damn I'm too old for this mess . I got to do something different. That's what made my sister (shown above) want to start her own business. She's always been creative. Very talented. She can look at anything and draw it, raps, sing, and is just business minded period. She's never been the one who likes to work for others. So when she said she was opening her own business and selling herbal soaps and etc, I was ecstatic about it. I can say that's how I got started in writing as well. Not necessarily exactly the same way, but let's just say I left my hand on the stove while I figured I should just write a story about this drama instead. I didn't all the way c...

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!

Well it's not really an anniversary. More like an excitement that I'm giving this blog thing one more go. And not just "one more go" but doing it the right way that I see fit. Not what somebody else sees fit. I want to share my journey of writing. My journey of my new love. My journey of my family. Just my journey period. Things that I loathe. Things that strikes me funny. What t.v. shows pissed me off. How proud I am of my daughters or son. Or even all three. I just want to share everything I find possible to share. So let me start with this. One of the main things you need to know about me of course is that I am a writer. I am author signed to Racquel Williams. She has a list of amazing authors signed under her. They are all quite talented and I think you should check everybody out. But I have three titles out right now that you can find on Amazon. One title that is up for Pre-order and that will be available in all major bookstores come May 30th. So I'm s...
